Position Summary... We are seeking a candidate to fill a Manager, Investigations position within the Workplace Investigations team. This position is part of the broader Global Governance organization and the Global Investigations division. You will be responsible for conducting U.S. based Ethics investigations. Our role as a team of fact finders is to provide fact-based reports to the ethics team, so they can make appropriate decisions regarding allegations. What you'll do... Lead independent, thorough, timely & cost-effective investigations in accordance with Global Investigations policies and processes, applicable laws, and Walmarts basic beliefs. As a Workplace Investigator, you will be required to lead investigations related to a broad range of matters related to allegations involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, conflicts of interest, schemes related to fraud, and other violations to our code of ethics. Manage a high volume of cases without sacrificing quality and thoroughness. Deliver and comply with GIs writing guide and standards. Conduct interviews, present findings, review and analyze data to identify potential risks. Build relationships with the appropriate Investigation, Ethics & Compliance, Legal, and other Business partners to identify trends, spot emerging risks.
