What youll do in the role: Morgan Stanley Private Bank N.A. is seeking an Associate, Risk / Policy Mgmt in New York, New York to help to control and mitigate the security, compliance, and operational risks introduced by using third-party cloud services and vendors, including assessing vendors, managing data flow, ensuring compliance, and monitoring their security practices to protect your organization from vulnerabilities. Monitor and advise stakeholders on Infosec and BCM assessments. Support issues remediation and program enhancements for Bank Cloud Services. Report on in-scope Third Party vendors and escalating security- related Third Party Cloud risks and issues to relevant governance committees. Provide Bank 1LOD Cloud Reporting Dashboard along with any changes in the Cloud risk reports and metrics from the previous quarter, highlighting the quarterly Threat Intelligence report and any other concerning Cloud levels or trends, and escalate data production issues. Telecommuting permitted up to 1 day per week. What youll bring to the role: -Requires a Masters degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field of study -Requires two (2) years of experience in the position offered or two (2) years as an Application Support Engineer, Program Manager, or a closely related occupation -Requires two (2) years of experience with the following skills: customer system of records that houses all accurate customer information; working with spreadsheet applications for data analysis and Project Management including Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel; Google Office Suite products including Drive, Docs, Meets, and Gmail; navigating the Google Cloud Platform (GCP); Microsoft office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; working with Business to Business customers to understand their needs for efficiency and problem solving; providing oversight and support for clients through collaboration with other department members; handling escalations and resolving client technical and non-technical issues; Cloud Technologies including Software-as-a-service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and Infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), and Public and Private Cloud; data repository houses to load and extract data; and invoicing vendors. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $121,000 and $121,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
