Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) has an exciting career opportunity for a Product Support Manager 2 to join our team of qualified individuals supporting Contractor Inventory Control Point (C-ICP) program under the B-2 and Air Combat Systems (BACS) Business Unit. This hands-on leadership position is located in Oklahoma City, OK. As a manager of a Product Support section, you will be a functional manager reporting to the Support Hardware Department of the Product Support Engineering Integration and Execution team in the Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector. You will be responsible for the people, processes, tools, and technology to meet the current and future needs of unclassified and classified programs in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will support program activity and perform the functional management role at approx. 20% and concurrent ~80% program responsibilities. Essential Functions: Provide oversight and functional support to a diverse team performing Property Management, Procurement, Resource Management, Inventory Control, and transportation Conducts supportability/risk analysis and assists with procurement activities to eliminate supply chain disconnects Manage status of projects and budgets, schedules and prepare status reports. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to team members Coordinate staffing with IPTs and support staffing processes, review resumes, conduct interviews, and grow and maintain critical skillsets Establish and maintain processes, design manuals, and common tools for programs across the discipline Center of Technical Excellence (COTE) Identify capital assets, indirect, and training budgets required for personnel to perform statements of work Facilitate and promote improvement initiatives, and share any lessons learned and best practices between programs and Product Support teams Administer Quarterly Connections performance reviews, bonus plan, and salary review processes in conjunction with program IPT leaders and the Product Support leadership team Our leaders at Northrop Grumman live our values daily and encourage our teams to do the same. Basic Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relevant professional/military experience; OR Master's degree and 7 years of relevant professional/military experience Candidate shall be knowledgeable of Logistics and Supply Chain Management Processes Must have final active US Government Secret clearance for consideration Must have ability to obtain and maintain Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs Preferred Qualifications: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to develop and maintain strong internal/external customer relationships Proven experience of being able to mentor and coach team members to motivate growth, performance and career development Prior experience in Contractor Inventory Control Point (C-ICP) Statement of Work (SOW) Strong understanding of government aircraftmaintenance and supply processes/systems Primary Level Salary Range: $119,900.00 - $179,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
