The full Pay Range is $121,200.00 - $225,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. This position will act as a strategic partner to aligned senior leader(s) in the areas of organizational rhythm of business, action tracking and management, executive communications and storytelling, program/project management, and other business management/ executive office functions. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Office, Teams, and SharePoint, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience developing executive-level communications and presentations, with proficiency in presentation software and data analysis tools. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in business, communications, or a related discipline Experience working in complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environments, with demonstrated ability to apply analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving in situations that may lack clear direction. Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey complex and technical information in a clear and business-relevant manner. Demonstrated technical proficiency and strategic thinking, with the ability to assess challenges, identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
