This position will be 100% onsite at our facility located in Promontory, UT. The position can be filled with either level 2 or level 3. Job Description: Coordinates production schedules along with ensuring materials, and planning are available for release. Responsibilities include working on a master production schedule. Understanding of product movement. Advises management and production scheduling of operations status. Ability to escalate problems, such as material shortages ensuring labor, tools, equipment, and services are provided as needed in conjunction with the program schedule. Coordinates with internal departments to ensure the movement of parts are timely. Works with support functions ensuring support documents are available prior to production startup. Coordination of product movement across value streams. Working with MRP Systems Capacity planning, (level loading, Kanban), prioritizing. Working in Costpoint, Sync Manufacturing, MS Excel Ability to work closely within a team environment, such as Operations team, Leadership, Production and Material Control, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, VSET Leads or CAMS. Equipped to handle high-rate production demands and supports multiple programs and customers. Basic Qualifications: Level 2: Bachelors degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience in operations planning and production scheduling Level 3: Bachelors degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience in operations planning and production scheduling, 3+ years of experience with Masters degree In lieu of degree 6+ years of relevant work experience in operations planning and production scheduling. The schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Primary Level Salary Range: $59,600.00 - $89,400.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $73,900.00 - $110,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
