Principal AI/ML Software Engineer About the Role As a Principal AI/ML Software Engineer, you are a recognized expert who drives ML technology strategy and innovation across the organization. This role involves developing novel ML solutions for the most complex problems, influencing organization-wide technical decisions, and leading cross-functional initiatives. You will define the technical vision for AI/ML, guide organizational practices, and serve as a technical authority while building and leading high-performing teams that push the boundaries of what's possible with ML technology. Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $230,000 to $316,250. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
