Position Overview Chenango Memorial Hospital, part of the United Health Services system, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Walk-In Clinic in Norwich, NY. This is a 0.6 FTE position ideal for an independent, confident provider with a strong background in urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine. You will join a team dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible care in a busy, community-focused clinic. The walk-in clinic sees a diverse range of non-emergency, acute conditions and offers an excellent work-life balance. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: UHS Walk-In Norwich Annual Compensation Range: ----- Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Walk-In Clinic Location: CMH Walk-In Clinic, Norwich, NY Position Type: Part-Time (0.6 FTE) Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM 1:00 PM Compensation: Part- time salary range $87,000 $102,000 (based on experience) Benefits: Full benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, CME, and retirement with matching options Position Overview: Key Responsibilities: Provide patient-centered care for walk-in patients of all ages with acute and episodic conditions. Collaborate with onsite staff and refer patients to appropriate specialists or emergency services as needed. Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the EPIC EMR. Monday through Friday hours and participation in Saturday rotation; clinic is closed Sundays.
