The technician trainee will learn and demonstrate the mastery of filling medication orders, deliveries to patient care and ancillary areas, managing technology including PYXIS packer and PYXIS control cabinets, effective operation of the department while staffing as team leader, sterile and non-sterile product preparation EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required. Trainee will obtain their Pharmacy Tech license with the State of Vermont Board of Pharmacy before the start of employment. They must achieve their National Certification within two years of their date of hire. EXPERIENCE: Pharmacy experience preferred or related work experience. This is a bargaining union position.
