Campus Operations Logistics Waste & Recycle Driver is a perfect position for any associate to get familiar with the new Home Office campus and network with various teams to meet the same end goal which is running the campus safely and efficiently. About the team Our Campus Operations Logistics Waste & Recycle team is a tight-knit team that leans on each other to create a better environment for the new Home Office Campus as a whole. We are continuously improving our efficiency around zero-waste operations, sustainability, and diversions to meet the companys sustainability goals by providing an outlet for waste and recycling. What youll do: · Have a designated route on the new Home Office Campus for daily dock and back of house checks at our office & amenity buildings for any waste, recycling, used assets, etc. pick-ups. · Drive an assigned box truck on campus with proper tools and equipment provided for you. · Cross function communication within trades on the Campus Operations and other on-campus Walmart teams through email, work orders, and phone calls to schedule any special pick-ups or deliveries when applicable. · Aid with special on-campus events with waste and recycling pick-ups and drop-offs What youll bring: · A valid Drivers License with a good MVR · Experience with power equipment and/or driving box trucks · Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel · An open mind around that adds value to sustainability and efficiency on the new Home Office At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
