Job Description: Senior HRIS Analyst Administers the Workday HCM software to implement, develop, maintain and support applications within functional areas. SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Essential job requirements listed in bold) Strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables Demonstrates effective skills in oral and written communication Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships Exhibits the ability to deal effectively interdepartmentally and with the public Exhibits the ability to maintain confidentiality, think and act independently with minimal supervision Demonstrates the ability to use a personal computer and various software programs applicable to the position Demonstrates the ability to operate applicable office equipment Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location Must be able to work in a high paced, multi-tasking environment Ability to work in global setup and assume varying responsibilities based on the requirements Ability to work with the audit teams to ensure all key controls met EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES (Essential job requirements listed in bold) Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field (may substitute 5 years progressive, recent HR experience in lieu of Bachelors degree) Human Resource related certification preferred EXPERIENCE (Essential job requirements listed in bold) Three years experience with HR, Payroll administration, Benefits practices One to two (2-5) Years of Workday experience or five (10+) years in an HRIS support role Preferred Workday experience with: Workday Benefits Workday Core HR Workday Integrations Workday Talent Workday Recruiting Workday Payroll Workday Advanced Reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office.
