Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist Company: Prologis Accounts Payable Specialist, Denver A day in the life Prologis is looking for an AP Specialist to join our team and make an immediate impact! This role will be responsible for driving the integration and automation between AP and our 3rd party partners, identifying and implementing process improvements, and ensuring seamless integration and reconciliation of data. Key responsibilities include: Collaborate with a team of 34 AP Integration Specialists to support integration processes and initiatives. Analyze existing business processes using data analytics tools to identify inefficiencies, generate insights, and recommend automation or process improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, analyze performance, recommend process changes, and measure the results of process improvements. Resolve Level 2 ServiceNow tickets related to integration and automation inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support. Log and voucher wires in coordination with the Cash Management Team, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate proactively with cross-functional stakeholders to uncover and prioritize new automation opportunities that reduce manual work and enhance efficiency. Facilitate process assessments and stakeholder workshops to identify operational pain points, process gaps, and opportunities for automation within the AP function. Lead or support the implementation of automation toolsincluding RPA, scripts, and API-based solutionsand monitor performance after deployment. Maintain and update process documentation, including workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials. Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals. Building blocks for success Required: Bachelors degree in a business, data analytics/science, business analytic or related field or equivalent experience in Finance Procure to Pay workstream Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, and Word Experience in ERP systems (PeopleSoft preferred); ability to demonstrate ease of learning new technologies. Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart or Microsoft Visio) Experience manipulating large datasets and building automated reports using analytical tools Strong analytical thinker with demonstrated ability to research, resolve reconciling items, and improve processes Comfortable analyzing and interpreting data to support decision-making and identifying automation opportunities Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently convey issues and solutions across departments Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders Takes initiative and ownership of assigned tasks and personal development Demonstrates strong work ethic and accountability to complete tasks accurately and on time with limited supervision Able to prioritize multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced, changing environment Knows when to act independently and when to escalate or consult with management Detail-oriented and conscientious with strong follow-through and a sense of urgency Exercises sound judgment, confidentiality, and tact when handling sensitive information and documentation Hiring Salary Range of: $27.00 - $32.70/hour.
