Full Job Description

General Purpose: The primary purpose of the Regional Marketer position is to support and educate our facilitys marketing and public relations programs and services. The Regional Marketer will develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facilitys public relations and marketing programs and activities to maintain and increase our census and provide the community with information about our facility, its programs, services, and practices. Essential Duties: Develop and maintain written policies and procedures that govern the release of information concerning the residents, employees, and/or the facility in accordance with current Privacy Rules and Regulations. Assist the Administrator and department directors in the development and use of marketing and public relations policies and procedures. Establish a rapport in and between departments so that each staff member can realize the importance of their role in our marketing and public relations programs. Develop, organize, implement, evaluate, educate, and direct the facilitys public relations and marketing programs and activities. Maintain and increase the facilitys census by providing the community with information about the facilitys programs, services, and practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or public relations, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Experience in educational program development and implementation. Certification in Marketing or related field. Proficiency in using marketing software and tools. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Ability to adapt to changing marketing environments and regulations. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform physical tasks related to marketing activities. Pay Range: $65,000 to $85,000 annually depending on experience We are an equal opportunity employer.
