Responsible for permit processing, plan reviews, inspection scheduling, and ensuring compliance with standards. Duties and Responsibilities Process right-of-way and construction permits, including data entry and fee collection. Review technical plans and applications for compliance with city standards. Schedule and track inspections for permitted work. Update GIS maps and databases to maintain accurate project records. Assist engineers and managers with research, reporting, and project tracking. Respond to inquiries from contractors, utilities, and the public regarding permits and projects. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve conflicts or deficiencies. Perform other technical and administrative duties as assigned. All duties and responsibilities listed are subject to change. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience Equivalency: Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.
